we have had alot of convo lately about the tyranny of the urgent.
how do we be PRO-active in our marriage, our family, our mission to love/encourage and journey in community? Instead of RE-active?
since our vacation, gow and i are embarking on this journey...
it's been good. really good.
and occasionally super frustrating as it is not an easy thing to do.
nonetheless... we are contemplating, communicating, praying, striving, failing and moving forward with it.
exciting news- gow is "pilot editing" this week.
which means that his client is "test driving" gow as the pilot (or lead) editor on a project.
if he does well, it could eventually mean more steady work and a step up in pay.
we will see. but either way, it is cool that they are checking gow out for this next level!

notice H's mouth. once a meal has begun for him, there is NO BREAKS. literally you shovel the food into the lil man's mouth. should you pause to even scratch your nose or sip your coffee, he let's you know!
